To pay for your order using a check, money order or wire transfer, please call us toll-free at (619) 786-5150 . Let the customer care representative you speak with know you’ll be paying with one of the aforementioned payment options. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number once your order has been submitted. Billing and Shipping Address Verification
Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud. It is for your protection and ours. If the billing address and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the shipping address as an authorized shipping address for your account.
Declined Credit Cards
A credit card can decline due to an invalid credit card number, expiration date, exceeding daily limits, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is incorrectly entered. Credit card charges are processed automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge is declined. Please contact your Credit Card Company or bank for further information regarding the transaction. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, the order will be voided.

If your order contains an item from a Aquarium Supply Co. partner, it may be subject to local sales/use taxes, depending on the state to which the item is being shipped.

Error message on Payment Page
Make sure that you have selected the correct credit card type and expiration date from the dropdown boxes. Verify that the credit card number was entered correctly, without any spaces or dashes. If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.
